he Lean License is developed in collaboration with the Confederation of Danish Industry (Dansk Industri) and is a hands-on education, which means you will be trained to utilize various LEAN tools. Upon completion, you can actively participate in LEAN initiatives within the company.
Many people believe that LEAN is solely applicable to production processes. However, more are realizing that LEAN tools can be applied across all areas, leading to the same results: optimization of procedures and workflows.
The Lean License has been updated to make the green transition more evident in all courses included in the license. The updated Lean License equips employees in manufacturing companies with tools to minimize waste in their daily work and save resources.
Outcome from the Lean License
- Knowledge and tools that enable you to participate in LEAN projects, allowing you to contribute with suggestions for improvements and optimization.
- Practical training in using LEAN tools.
- A greater understanding of the bigger picture and enhanced collaboration across the workplace.
You will understand the impact of LEAN and be able to contribute to implementing LEAN processes. You will be equipped to help strengthen your company's development, growth, and results.
